No overnight parking. Tight location but manageable. No personality from old man checking in. Never saw a sign on hours
They are very attentive and work quickly
Accessible location, friendly people, and quick loading. The entrance is on 14th, not 13th. You arrive, check in, they give you your door with the seal facing backward. They check that the seal is in place, and then you open the door and park. Just wait for your green light and go to the office for your paperwork.
A small lot but they are fast unloading

From 16th ave use HOWELL ST. left on 14th. Swing wide at truck entrance
Check in 630 out by 7 appt only don't come early very nice people
Quick offload under 30min plenty of room to turn around and dock
Took me early however it took almost 2 hours to unload and count my load. Portable restroom near shipping entrance. Plenty of space to turn around.
