Ethan and his team rebuilt our deck in the summer of 2025. The team was great to work with and the outcome is beautifully put together. From quote to sign-off, the process was clear and well documented. Ethan is a great communicator who always kept us informed of progress, supplier hiccups, changes, or info we needed to provide. He worked with the city permit office and made sure everything was to code and signed off on. These guys took what was a tumble-down hazard and made a sturdy and beautiful outdoor space. Ethan Hall and the Break Through Builders team is awesome! In April-May '26, they replaced the leaking tile in the floor of our main shower & did a beautiful job. They also did a terrific job converting the covered part of our deck into a screened-in porch. Most recently, part of the screen porch frame needed repair. Ethan stands by his work and he was able to get his lead carpenter to fix it the same day we called! We have already recommended Ethan to friends and neighbors looking for a builder. Ethan did a superior job leading our kitchen remodel. The project entailed a full restructure, to include moving (and enlarging) the island, walls, the bathroom, ceiling beams, and more. His work was fantastic, and he definitely put a significant wow factor into our new space. Beyond the quality of his finished product, his professionalism as a service provider is absolutely top-shelf (and unmatched when comparing to my past experiences with contractors, and really the experiences of my family and friends as well). He provided us timely and very thorough communications statuses, updates, problem-solving, and unforeseen obstacles that his team was working through. Whenever there was an opportunity for options or decisions, he thoroughly walked us through everything. He even helped us find an architect for our project, and helped us make decisions on materials and applications. He even set up a temporary kitchen for us in our guest bedroom, where he set up our old dishwasher and a utility sink for doing dishes. I can't say enough about how great of a job he did, and how much we appreciated his efforts towards making our lives more convenient during the remodel process. We very highly recommend him.

Ethan is a good dude with fair prices, excellent communication, and a level of attention to detail that’s hard to find. He genuinely cares about doing the job right. We’ve used him to move walls, build a deck, remodel a bathroom, tackle electrical work—literally just about everything you can do to a house. Ethan is your guy. We hired Ethan to build a custom stair cart for our 80-pound Lab. He was upfront about having no prior experience with a project like this, but took a few weeks to carefully design a prototype and ensure he could pull it off. The final product is fantastic, and our dog loves it. Ethan prioritized safety and ease of use, even outsourcing the track welding to ensure a completely smooth ride. We had a wonderful experience collaborating with him. We highly recommend Ethan and would definitely hire him again—ideally for something a bit more traditional next time! 😀

Ethan and his crew did a kitchen remodel for us spring of 2025. We wanted a new kitchen island, new countertops and backsplash and to add pantry cabinets to our small dining area. Our house did not have a pantry at all. We are very happy we chose Break Through Builders to do the work. Ethan was very responsive to our questions, from the first consultation, through the 2 weeks of work in our house, to the final walkthrough. The team arrived promptly on work days and were very respectful of the fact that my husband works from home. Any hiccups that happened, and hiccups happen with any remodel/construction project, were managed completely to our satisfaction. The final result is beautiful. Our kitchen is much more useable now and the attention to detail that was paid is obvious in the finish work. We do have future home projects in mind and will use Break Through Builders for them.
