If you’re wondering why you’ve been getting so many spam calls from roofing companies lately, this might be one of the reasons. I’m sure they do quality work, but the way they generate leads borders on harassment. Cold calling and door knocking just isn’t the right approach, in my opinion. Put up a billboard, sponsor the local high school football team, get involved in the community, focus on word-of-mouth and referrals, but don’t rely on third-party services to flood people with unsolicited calls. I spoke with the owner, and he mentioned they use a service that’s supposed to call each person only once. But that’s simply not what happens. These services operate through a network of call centers, and they don’t track who’s already been contacted. So you might end up getting multiple calls from different numbers, all tied to the same campaign. I wish them the best and hope they realize that people don't want to be bothered by this.

The day after the freak hail storm that hit North Fort Worth at the end of March, we called Tim and he was at our house an hour later! Instead of promising us the world in return for our business, Tim laid out his process and explained the materials he uses standard compared to what are upgrades with other roofers. After listening to several pitches that day it was the easiest decision to let him replace our roof and gutters. Throughout the whole process the communication stream was seamless...quick responses to any questions and info I needed. He met the insurance adjuster at my house and was glued to his side to make sure everything was pointed out. On installation day, his crew arrived exactly when he said they would and they got to work! Tim's project manager Bobby was awesome to deal with and was constantly doing cleanup of nails and debris. That evening almost every neighbor that walked by stopped to comment on our new roof and admire the color!! I couldn't be happier with our decision and the work that was done. Several of my neighbors went with Tim as well, and now we have the best looking houses on the block!! If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I would without hesitation. If you need a roof replaced or have any other projects you need a contractor for, call Tim!!!

My mothers roof was badly damaged in a hail storm. She is elderly and I was terrified someone would take advantage of her. HOWEVER This company did a Fantastic job! Brooks Pepper and Zach Pickle with Branded Roofing and Constriction were awesome to work with! They stayed on site through the full installation of our roof to supervise the crew and make sure everything was done to a superior standard. During the roof installation, a beehive was found under our decking. Zach called around to find various options for removal of the hive and even supervised to make sure it was done properly; they also saved us fresh honey from the hive! The installation of the roof and cleanup took one day, and once they were finished with cleanup, we couldn’t even tell that we had roofers on site. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them in the future when I need a service that Branded Construction offers.

Rob took care of my roofing issue and addressed the issues in a professional and prompt manner. His communication before, during, and after job completion was exemplary. His team completed the job in a matter of hours and cleaned up the debris. I'm happy with the job they performed and I'd recommend his services to anyone needing roof work.

My primary contact was with Zach. Many other contractors came soliciting after the storm but I selected Branded. Zach was just genuine, down to earth, clear, and to the point about what his team offered. Not at all "Used Car Salesman" like! Later, Tim showed up and had virtually the same demeanor. Zach took care of everything including finding damage that I and my insurance adjuster missed nor would I have even thought about. He made several phone calls to my insurance and mortgage company on my behalf. In effect, I did nothing but pick out the shingle color. They did everything else. In the end, the roof work was fantastic. The roofers were very courteous and left no indication that tons of beat up shingles had just been removed from my roof. Zach and Tim were validating the workmanship throughout the day and I now have a beautiful, class 4 roof that I'm excited to report to my insurance company for discount to help counter crazy property taxes!!
