Casey puts so much work, thought, and care into her selections and curation of this store - it's a must stop if you love vintage! I always support shopping local, but what makes this place even more special is how much they also support both the community and other local small businesses. Several vendors have items here, and it's some of the best of the best. Definitely give it a shot!

My wife loves vintage clothing and we have visited Casey's store many times. She is thoughtful in her selection, and you can tell her pieces were chosen with care. She has always been so kind and caring to us both. We will absolutely shop with her whenever looking for something vintage.

This shop has hands down the best curation of vintage clothes and accessories in the city. Size inclusive, decade inclusive, and truly something for everyone. Casey’s spent years building this collection, and the love she pours into it is evident. I love that BSV also works to build community in a sometimes competitive space, hosting events for dozens of other small vintages businesses to come together in one space. 💕

I stopped here a few weeks ago to peruse their vintage jewelry for a friend's birthday gift. I had seen that they post a lot of their new finds on instagram which is something that I see as super beneficial because I can kind of watch and see if there are things that are catching my eye or if they have new products they are releasing! Sometimes vintage stores can overwhelm me with all the offerings and this is a great way for my brain to focus in on what I was looking for. It was because of their instagram stories that I had the idea to shop for my friend's birthday gift here. I know that all those social media posts take a lot of time and effort, and it is much appreciated. Once I walked in, I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help, told about a current sale in the store, and then left to shop at my own pace. I did pick up a few jewelry items, and the store employees asked if I'd like to set them at the counter while I looked, which I agreed to so I could free up my hands. I didn't shop too much longer because I really was on a mission and a budget, and I know I can't be trusted in there because everything is so cute, cool, and curated! I really am impressed at all the work they put into the store and I will definitely be back. My friend loved her birthday gift and begged me to take her there one day soon on our next girls day we spend out shopping. I will definitely be back :)

Casey is just fabulous to work with. She hired us to capture fun photos during her annual Blue Suede Vintage Market when her shop was located across the street from Crosstown Concourse. She was a fantastic client. Communicative and professional, collaborating with her was a breeze. When interacting with her customers during her event, you could tell that everyone was having just the best time.

Such a gem of a vintage store! Thoughtfully curated and full of charm, every corner feels like a celebration of timeless style. You can tell the love and eye for detail that went into picking each piece—nothing feels random, everything tells a story. Whether you’re hunting for something unique or just browsing for inspiration, this place makes you feel like you’ve stepped into something special.

Blue Suede Vintage is one of my favorite places to shop for vintage. As someone who enjoys thrifting, I am often picky about where I shop for vintage, especially as more recently there are more and more second hand shops that resemble more of a plato's closet than a vintage seller. The owner, Casey is insanely knowledgeable and puts as many details as she can on the tags of her pieces so you know the history of the garment. Her curation is always worth checking out, even if you love the thrill of hunting for vintage pieces on your own in the wild. I cleaned out my parents' home a few years ago and needed somewhere to take my great aunt and grandmother's clothes from the 40s-70s, and Casey was kind enough to come take what she could. I knew she would help find great new homes for these items that meant a lot to me.

When I am looking to freshen up my jewelry selection or wardrobe, this is my first stop. When I have friends and family in town, this is my first stop. I love BSV's curated selections of everything from vintage clothing, jewelry, and handbags to furniture, lighting, and decor. The icing on the cake (as if it could can any better than it already is) is the power house lineup of woman owned collections and an owner (Casey) who (along with her husband) is so invested in the Memphis community. She works hard to make Memphis a better, more vibrant, more community oriented place to live every day. When I shop at Blue Suede Vintage I don't feel like i'm just supporting a locally-owned, woman-owned business, but I am also supporting a thriving community and a mission. BSV will ALWAYS be a go to for me! <3
