In my opinion on dealing with a certain broker, I feel they are a discriminatory outfit from things they have done to me. I have several brokers whom I pick up for at plants . The same plants I’ve been I always get in but when booking a hazmat load though these people they also require 5 million. Like I said prior I pick up haz at the same places for different brokers. They will send out email with product non haz and when I inquire they tell me it was a mistake, was the product the wrong one listed because it’s not haz never got response. Not saying company itself is discriminating but the workers are
This broker doesnt pay detention I have voice recorded calls of different personal in office telling me to wait 24-48 hrs to receive rate update. Has been 7 days still nothing Jake the manager did nothing, Brandon an Derick did nothing. Still no detention this is sad for a company . Very unprofessional
I haul a load for them most weeks. 30 day pay, never had a detention issue with their customers, and the info they give is accurate. Great partner to have for a trucking company.
