Exquisite gowns and stellar customer service! I love the variety of styles they offer.
As a first time, customerI bought three shirts. I Talkingwas not fully satisfied when they were received. Their promotional materials say that they provide easy and hassle free returns and that if you’re not satisfied You can return and get your full money back. I notified the company on Friday and requested information about how to make a return. No reply. I have now followed up several times. It’s Tuesday and I still cannot get a response. I am hoping that they will respond to me and honor their pledge of easy no hassle returns. And return my money to me. I will continue to post so the public is updated as to how the company handles this disappointing situation.
