Warning to Potential Renters – Proceed with Caution I strongly advise against renting from this individual. He charges an excessive $7 per mile for any mileage overage, which is far beyond industry standards. In my experience, he also falsely accused me of disputing a charge on a card I do not even own. Be aware: you are unlikely to receive your deposit back, and there is a high chance he will attempt to collect additional funds weeks after the rental period ends. This has all the signs of a predatory rental practice—consider yourself warned.
Everything was great. Booked very last minute (literally the night before) and he still made sure we got the car we wanted and he delivered it to us at our hotel. Answered right away anytime we needed to contact him PLUS we realized once we were already back home that I forgot some of our Chanel purchases in the back seat. He shipped them back to us the next day! That right there will make you realize that they're good people.
Exceptional service. The staff was professional, attentive, and easy to work with! Got 2 vehicles for our wedding , and it was a such great experience!
If you’re in the market for a luxury car rental, I highly recommend black label exotics. They are very responsive and make the entire process easy - from reservation, to pickup, to drop off. We were supposed to rent a corvette, but it was in a fender bender the day we were scheduled to pick it up. The team upgraded us to a Rolls Royce at no additional charge. Thank you for a great experience! And let us know when that corvette is back in commission ☺️
I got a chance to drive Taylor's new Lamborghini Urus and I loved it. It's roomy, comfortable, and fast. The front seats are massaging and the rear seats have big TVs so even when I'm not driving I'm still having a good time. Also, it's the same color as his Huracan, which I love. I think this is the perfect weekend getaway car and I'm definitely going to make good use of it this summer. Highly recommend to anyone in Dallas!
We had an incredible experience from start to finish. Pickup and drop-off were perfectly timed, and we rode in style in a luxurious Maybach Sprinter with stunning red and black leather interior. Our driver was exceptionally friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
