Better Health is a great company. The reorder process is quick and easy. My supplies arrive each month right on time.
For the past 3 years I have had superb service from this company. Everyone I spoke to was great. Until today. I called the usual phone number and Robin answered. She was very rude and she hung up on me in the middle of a question twice! Later I found out that Robin is their ai system. This needs to change. Your customers are people with disabilities many of whom don't even know what ai is. You are going to lose a lot if business if this system is not upgraded.

I had a few comps. before Better Health all where awful. I highly recommend Better Health for your Ostomy Supplies. Friendly and helpful staff willing to go the extra mile to find what works for you with sending free samples to find just the right fit for you. And you will never have to wonder if you will get an order on time always. I only delayed 1 time and it was only for 3 day but I was overnighted some supplies to cover me until my order arrived. Also if you are new to an Ostomy they have people you can call that can help even if it is the Anxiety and you will have some. For me this network of people are like a best friend.
