This is a great rental company. They responded to concerns quickly and were there to fix anything by the next day. Would highly recommend renting from this group!
I have only good things to say about the owners of this rental company. Grant and Tom know how to manage many houses very well. Their priority is making a safe and comfortable home for all their tenants. Their houses are newly renovated and beautiful with affordable prices! Very few maintenance requests were needed, but when they were, they were easy to contact and repairs were made within 24 hours, often within hours. They went out of their way to plow our back lot (something they did not need to do). One day Tom contacted us that he noticed our outside light was out. He not only came the next morning to replace it so ensure our safety, but he followed up asking if there were any other repairs needed. I felt safe and comfortable and wish I could have rented from them longer! University students, THIS is the kind of landlord you should be looking for!
The best landlord I've ever had. Super nice and accomodating. Maintenance guy Craig does a great job and comes by frequently to swap out the furnace filter. Very reasonably priced rent too.
I rented from Grant for a total of three years. That experience was hands-down the best I could have asked for. Craig (the maintenance guy) was phenomenal and would come over pretty much immediately if we needed something fixed. 10/10 would rent from them again!!!
If you’re looking for a nice house, low rent, lightning fast maintenance, thorough upkeep, and a friendly landlord near campus this is the only company you should be considering. The landlord, Tom, is a guy his tenants greet on the street and the maintenance guy Craig is typically there within hours of requests. We’re all used to bad landlords and scammy leases. Do yourself a favor and rent from Tom. I lived there for two years and I don’t have a single complaint. Not many rentals can manage that.
Best House on Campus is an amazing rental company. Tom and Grant care about their houses as well as the tenants living in them. Rent is more than fair, maintenance is fast and of good quality, and the homes are comfortable and accommodating! We did not have any issues with them the entire year. I couldn't recommend them enough!
Renting from Best House on Campus was the best renting experience I've ever had. My group and I rented a house from them for 2 years. Throughout that time, everyone from Best House on Campus was extremely timely and reliable. I truly felt like they cared about my college and renting experience. They went above and beyond to fulfill maintenance requests. At some point a year in, our washer broke and we literally had a new one within days. I always thought that renting in college would be a nightmare, but they defied all of those stereotypes. In all honesty, I wish I could still be renting from them in my post-college life. I would highly highly recommend renting from Best House on Campus.
