Bentley Travel Services provided EXCELLENT service for a recent excursion. There were ~80 people who gathred in Costa Rica to celebrate the 60th birthday of a dear friend. Beverly, the owner, provided prompt, accurate, and complete information in all of her communications. She also provided more than adequate notice for when choices had to be made and payments were due. I will WHOLEHEARTEDLY continue to use and/or recommend Bentley Travel Services for ANY group or individual travel needs - especailly outside of the USA.
Bentley Travel service is legendary! Ms. Beverly is an amazing travel executive. Her knowledge and customer service is unbeatable. My trip was originally scheduled to Jamica for my 60th Birthday Trip in December, 2025, but hurricane Melissa disrupted that. Ms. Beverly was patient and kind and graciusly rerouted us to Cancun. She kept us informed of what she knew. The transfer of our funds from the Jamica trip to Cancun trip was uneventful. It was a seamless process working with Beverly. From choosing our destination and resort; to picking our flights and payment details, she helped us pick the best options for our 30th anniversary trip! She gave wonderful off-site dinner options and provided fun excursions to choose from. The most important part was knowing that Beverly had previously stayed at the resort we chose! So we felt really comfortable making the choice! Secrets St. James Preferred, Montego Bay, Jamaica was everything we could imagine! Also, we enjoyed the Bamboo ride on the Lethe River, as well as a wonderful and delicious dinner at the House Boat Grill. We had an absolutely amazing experience with Bentley Travel Service for our 2025 spring break trip to Aruba! From start to finish, everything was seamless. They took care of all the details—flights, resort, and excursions—so we could just relax and enjoy paradise. Bentley recommended some unforgettable excursions, and they did not disappoint. The party bus was a total blast and a great way to experience Aruba’s nightlife with a fun crowd. The natural pool jeep adventure was equally incredible—off-roading through the rugged landscape and swimming in a hidden gem was a major highlight of our trip! The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making our vacation perfect. One helpful tip—please make sure you plan for at least 3+ hours at the airport for your return flight. Aruba’s departure process can take a while, so give yourself plenty of time. It’s rare to find a travel service that combines expertise with such a personal touch. We’ll definitely be booking our next getaway with Bentley Travel—highly recommended!
