We are beyond totally happy with the new house. Construction from the drilling the well to the very small punch list was totally smooth. Clint Bayless is extremely good at what he does. The sub contractors employed by Bayless Construction were all Major League professionals. The list of great features is very long. We have a great roof, a wonderful stained and scored concrete floor, arched windows, custom countertops, world class closets, huge porches, etc...etc... etc... The stone work is my favorite part of the house. Mr Bayless is very diligent and polite when communicating with his clients. He makes good recommendations, give you options, and builds exactly what you conceptualize. Five Stars is not enough. I highly recommend Bayless Construction for any project where professionalism, knowledge, and diligence is required. We are so happy that our lender recommended him.
In my opinion, Bayless Custom Homes is one of the best home building companies there is out there. I was continuously impressed by the level of expertise and know-how they brought to the [work] table—they really know what they’re doing and I felt confident in their capabilities from start to finish. The homes they build are just sensational, no stone is left unturned and the final product is a beautiful place I know we all aspire to live in. I would give 6 stars if I could.
Clint and his team are one of the best builders we have worked for since we Started our company 20 Years ago. His attention to detail on his homes is second to none. Mr. Bayless has been very helpful and professional at all meetings. He provided multiple architectural blueprints and outlined the advantages and disadvantages with each plan to help make a well informed construction decision. Clint came to our aid at a time when we were in the final stages of dealing with a contractor that abused our trust and left us wondering if we'd ever see our project done. Clint stood out as a reassuring voice of genuine concern and quickly won us over with his professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail, and willingness to listen. He also went above and beyond to ensure we received the best possible bids from each subcontractor we worked with and that those contractors, in turn, delivered the highest quality work. Above all, we appreciated Clint's honesty, integrity and transparency, when it came to estimates, invoices, budgets, etc. It was a pleasant surprise (and relief) to see receipts and invoices attached to each weekly draw request, which made it easy to understand where our money was going. Our bathroom, office and closet additions could not have turned out any better, no doubt because of Clint’s efforts and dedication. We would not hesitate to recommend Clint for remodeling work and he’d be the first contractor we’d reach out to if we ever found ourselves building a new home.
