The guy that loads doc 11 is awesome! I checked in within 2 minutes I was in a dock within 10 minutes I was closing my doors and leaving with a full load! Very nice young girl at the front office as well. Kudos to you all for treating drivers with respect... We need more shippers and receivers like this!

Nice staff don’t come before time and call them to check your appointment broker lies all the time had to Waite more than 5hours to take me and was supposed to waite7hours but broker mad it as 5:00Am appointment they tries their best to get me between appointments also the best way to get their through I-94 exist214B.
Bay Logistics is hands down one of the most efficient and professional logistics companies out there. Tracy and the entire team are incredibly helpful and always go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. They make the process seamless for truckers, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. Highly recommend!

Wow they're all correct do not follow the truck GPS they'll put you on the wrong side of the highway low bridges all over the place too. incredibly tight getting in here if there's a 90° turn with a telephone pole before the entrance gate. Place is closed right now so there's no way I can back out of here, nothing I can do till the morning. No complaints about the company just really hard to get in here if you've never been here before, watch them Bridges and that super sharp tight turn at the gatehouse.
I picked up a hazmat load from Illinois headed to this place.After reading all the reviews from other drivers, I decided to advise my dispatcher to call to check if we had a delivery appointment.My dispatcher contacted the reception lady from recieving named Temiya to confirm my appointment.Temiya said that I don't need Appointment and they are a FCFS 8am-3pm.The same thing was written on the rate confirmation by the broker.I arrived the next day at 8:00 am for delivery.When I checked in with the same lady at reception ,she told me that I do't have delivery appoitment and I have to wait till the next day.I would advise all drivers to avoid making deliveries to this location,but if you still decide to go there Use exi 214 B from I94.All other streets have low bridges and cannot be crossed by semi truck.
Very fast and easy. Everyone nice and was in and out. Have portable toilets for drivers. Only enter from Trumbull from 94. Trumbull north to Stanley go left. Low bridge past Stanley. Follow Commonwealth around to driveway at the end of road.
