Horrible communication when i needed something expedited!! Lack of attention to detail. I called to verify that they had all they needed and said they would confirm and call me back and still did not follow up with me and now my package may be lost. I called and was put on hold for over 3 minutes to be avoided. Update- package is lost and they did not even put a return address on the letter. ***Update after their post** Sir i expressed the Saturday before i mailed the document to you the importance of the document, not at any time did anyone ever instruct me to use FedEx. You all told me your business would take care to get this done for me. I called Monday to check to see if you received the paperwork and left my information. Tueaday the lady who works at your front desk called me to confirm she recieved my document i politely asked if she could get the documeny done with the Secretary of state on Tuesday she said it was too late in the day to get it done and it would get done first thing Wednesday. I called wednesday morning to confirm getting it done and you confirmed it was in route to the Secretary of State and would get signed. I called later in the day to check if all was ok and i was told the letter was headed to the post office. I asked if they could confirm that the postage was correct the owner confirmed the driver would check and he would call me back. The owner never once called me back so I called back again and he said it was too late the driver already mailed it me. I called two days later because my document never arrived with express shipping he confirmed thay they mailed it to me. 4 days go by and i call irate and this man tells me "we never recieved it". I expressed this document was imperative for my wedding out of the country and this has may ruin my wedding and i hang up in tears. The man then calls back and says "heads up the Secretary of state is closed on Tuesday" to add insult to Injury. This place is 1000% unprofessional and i would NEVER EVER use them for any important services. If i could rate them a 0 i would.
