This company is incredible. Not only did they look thoroughly at all the damage the hail caused, they also walked me through the process of how filing a claim works and accompanied the adjuster when she viewed the damage. Ron and Mark were incredible and so respectful and professional. I can't say enough about the integrity of Aspen Contracting!!

Aspen Contracting is a very good agency to work with ...the initial representative Joe Farris is outstanding. Communication from corporate office a little shaky at first and got a lot better once I went through Joe to handle that problem. Corporate office personnel didn't speak loud enough on most phone calls and too fast so had to play the messages over and over to get phone numbers and names, etc. They delivered the supplies almost 10 days before starting on garage and most supplies delivered were stolen due to delivering them in the alley and then taking so long starting the project. Joe handled that specific problem with professionalism and swiftness! He called and checked in often and took care of the communication issues with the corporate offices in Texas? I think.

My Husband and I were very please with Aspen Contracting and all that they did to get our house and garage back together after the bad hail storm we had in Lakewood last year. We had a bad insurance inspector that was not qualified to do the inspection and miss a lot of things that needed to be done. But Michael Austell with Aspen challenged the inspector with State Farm and got the job done right it took a little longer to get done but that was because of the inspector not Aspen Contracting. We were very happy with the job and repairs the guys were great I would call them again . Thank you Michael Austell

We were under contract to sale our home. Then we were hit by golf ball size hail. Mike Austell with Aspen had our roof replaced the next week ! Aspen did a great job, even stayed in contact with us while on a already planned vacation. We appreciate their quick service, it made moving out and the new people moving in to our home less stressful. Thanks

After our insurance carrier denied our claim for a new roof due to hail damage, Lewis followed up with them persistently and as a result, we have a beautiful new roof. We got a quote quickly...and then had a huge pain getting my solar panels removed (different vendor, not Aspen). This delayed the project by 3 months. Aspen was super cool and continued to check in every couple weeks to see how things were going. Once we were ready, they got the new roof installed quickly, sent follow up communication and pictures. Overall, a very professional and personal group of people. Shout out to Abraham, super patient despite all the delays from our side and a really nice guy.

Aspen Contracting did a great job replacing our roof. They met every promised deadline they proposed. The shingles and associated materials were delivered on time. Their crew of five began the removal of singles in a timely manner. The replacement of the shingles proceeded in a workmanlike and systematic manner. I was pleased that they picked up the roof debris fully, including the nails that are part of the removal and installation of a roof. I was given a walk through of photos showing the results of their work. I would highly recommend Aspen Contracting for roof replacement.

I had a deeply troubling experience with the sales practices of Aspen Contracting, Inc., which left me feeling misled and frustrated. From the moment their salesperson knocked on my door, it was clear that they were more interested in making a quick sale than providing honest and transparent service. The salesperson was aggressive and pushy, using high-pressure tactics to try to get me to sign a contract on the spot. They repeatedly downplayed my concerns and questions, brushing them off with vague assurances that everything would be "taken care of." I felt like I was being rushed into a decision without being given the time to fully understand what I was agreeing to. One of the most alarming aspects of their approach was the way they exaggerated the urgency of the work that needed to be done. They claimed that my roof was in immediate danger of collapsing and that I had to act right away to avoid disaster. This scare tactic was not only dishonest but also incredibly stressful. After getting a second opinion from another contractor, I found out that the issues were not nearly as severe as Aspen made them out to be. In addition, their pricing was far from transparent. The initial quote they provided was deceptively low, designed to lure me in. However, once I showed interest, the costs began to balloon with a slew of add-ons and "necessary" upgrades that were never mentioned upfront. It was clear that their goal was to squeeze as much money out of me as possible, without regard for fairness or honesty. To top it all off, when I expressed hesitation, the salesperson became increasingly impatient and dismissive, even resorting to guilt-tripping tactics. They implied that I was neglecting my home by not moving forward with their services immediately, which I found to be manipulative and unprofessional. In summary, Aspen Contracting, Inc.’s sales practices are deeply concerning. They rely on high-pressure tactics, scare-mongering, and deceptive pricing to close deals, which is not only unethical but also incredibly stressful for potential customers. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to be extremely cautious and to seek multiple opinions before making any decisions.
