Got a quote from Peddle and received a call from Alan (I think this was his name anyways, been a couple weeks since the transaction) within 15 minutes confirming details, and the tow truck was out earlier the following day. Tow truck driver and Alan were both very respectful. Price seemed fair to me (price negotiation was handled by Peddle, not APB towing). No complaints across the board, would and might be following the same process in the future. 👍🏼

Poor communication and this company doesn't stand on it's word. I had a scheduled towing for a Monday. The company was a no call no show several times. The dispatcher was terrible and gave me the run around for multiple days. The driver who picked up my car(Tony) was pleasant and friendly. He promised I could pick up my radio since the car would be scrapped. We'll the car was picked up on 4-24-24 and I called as instructed by the driver to retrieve my radio from the front desk. The dispatcher gave me the complete run around and never put me through to the driver. He consistently said he had to get in touch with the driver who picked up the vehicle. The dispatcher asked me did I have the drivers number to contact him? The dispatcher gave me the first three digits of the drivers number and had me send in a picture of my receipt. That message was left on unread. I never got my radio as promised. Bottom line, use a company which will show up when scheduled and one that offers effective communication. If they were not going to give me the radio it should of never been told to me that I could pick it up within a few days of receiving my car. A better dispatcher is definitely needed, one who can do his|her job and communicate with his drivers! I am highly disappointed in the service I received.

Contacted Alan with APB Wrecker service to pick up a junk car on my property, he provided me with excellent customer service given me a quick response to removing the junked car. He was on point with given me a fair market price for the junk car. The tow truck driver contacted me with updates to his ETA to my location. Once he arrived at my location he was very respectful to my needs and removed the junk car very professional, leaving no damage to the yard and leaving no debris from the junk car. His demeanor show great experience with doing wrecker service jobs. I did shop around and called several other wrecker services in the area and found that what they say they offer is not what they offered. APB Wrecker service was 100% accurate in the services they offer and more. Perhaps he just has an “old soul” which is rare to come by these days. My vehicle was picked up in a timely manner today as they are very accommodating to your individual schedule. Contacted them early one morning to pick up my car. Was told that they would be out the following day to get it and would receive a call 30 minutes before to confirm their arrival. The next day came and I was not contacted. I tried to reach out to them around 4:45pm and did not get a response until after 8pm that evening. I was told that they fell behind and would be out the following day and I responded by saying i would need to know what time they would be available since I had to work the rest of the week and had called to schedule my pickup for my day off. I did not receive a response. The lack of communication is appalling and to assume that a customer has numerous days to sit around their house to wait is beyond unacceptable. This could have been averted if the company would have reached out sooner and informed me of their issues but they chose to have complete disregard to customer service and care. I would recommend going with a better company when trying to sell your car. My opinion is 1 star is still too high of a rating.

I wish I could leave negative stars. They came to pick up a van and pulled a communication line off the house and were very rude when I called them about it and hung up on me. Very disrespectful. Do not recommend at all.

I’ve watched a grey dodge pickup with this logo on it run 5 red lights and drive unsafe. May want to discuss this with your employees as it makes your business look bad with no regards to public safety.

Please guys do not call tow truck for this company. they towed my truck for 7 miles and they charged me $10650 this is scam company I'm not recommended for anyone to call this company. as long as you haven't a strong lawyer . I'm gonna sue to this company.

The gentleman that came up and picked up my car was very pleasant. He was punctual and we had a great conversation. I didn't even realize that I had forgotten something important in the car and they called me to let me know that it was there. APB Wrecker Service has definitely earned my business in the future. They pay the fair price for my vehicle and we're very honest and returning my property. I'm glad I called them.

Alan was extremely fair and incredibly responsive. We setup a time for him to tow the vehicle and they were punctual and courteous throughout the process. Really cant recommend APB strongly enough, there's a reason why they have stellar reviews!
