Been ordering for 20 years , never been disappointed
Very satisfied with my two purchases. It was very quick, easy and efficient. I absolutely will be ordering more in the future.
Ken and his team have been very accommodating with design requests relative to fabric looks, along with application desires. A cheerful group, ready to meet any needs, delivered with hospitable and joyful personalities. Products are packaged well, always received in perfect installation ready state. Tablecloths are cut to fit perfectly, while sewn with exceptional craftsmanship. Ordering from Americo, Inc for (10) years, I've always been 100% pleased with the accurate order and exceptional product for our commercial restaurant applications. Great source to have in your "Favorites" when needing table cloths.
Garbage. Absolute garbage. I was very happy with Nordic Shield F-series tablecloths under the previous owner. We used them for 4 years in our restaurant with no incident. When these guys took over, they failed to restock our favorite pattern for our restaurant. So we chose another pattern in the same series. Unbelievable. Very first day -- holes in the fabric from forks, cheap flannel backing that won't adhere to velcro like the previous pattern. I contacted the owners, and they failed to take any responsibility for selling me cheap replacement fabric that is nothing like the F-series we were quite satisfied with for four years. Very unprofessional, slow customer service, useless product. Very disappointed.
The products are first rate, if you can get them. Not all the products listed on their web page are available, and I have had several orders only partially filled because they had stopped carrying items that were still listed as available on the web site.
Called this company on a long shot that they could match a design on a vinyl table top we had bought back in 2014 and they did! Not only that but found and ordered a fitted table top option that worked perfectly! Highly recommend!
I came across this company recently looking for a better fabric to change the looks of tables at my restaurant . The sales officer Ken who has been handling me is incredibly knowledgeable with all patience in the world. He seem to relate with my issue genuinely and is helping out with my needs . We have used Americo Vinyl Tablecovers for many, many years now in our College Catering business. We ordered our 2nd batch after using our original batch for over 10 years. While the 2nd batch did come in damaged, they quickly got them replaced and they look fabulous in our recently remodled catering space.
We send fabric to be laminated for upholstery. AMERICO is wonderful! Customer service is the best. They are helpful and knowledgeable. Always willing to work with you to achieve the best outcome. Cannot say enough nice things about them all! Thank you for all you have helped us with in our business.
Very helpful sales staff, delivery of the samples I ordered was very prompt, and all correspondence has been professional and with a very good response time. Old product we ordered from them in 2013 has shown to be very durable, and I look forward to the arrival of my new order.
