I called Max J. to review new boat insurance. He asked good questions up front to get know me, information about the boat and where we planned on boating. To make sure he was to be accurate. He asked for our sales order to make sure we had the new boat and options covered. He also made very good suggestions we should or could have on our new insurance plan. He had the quote out to us very quickly for us to review. He said, he would have a follow up call with me set for the next day to answer any questions or if we needed any additional information. He did exactly what he said he would do. I received a call, and we discuss a couple of options and we closed on the insurance needed. He knew alot about the needs of boat insurance, He knew the coverage we needed on the boat, and we were confident to agree to our new policy on the boat. Max was a pleasure to work with, patient, did the research needed , and we feel confident with Max J. as our agent. I highly recommend your company to anyone in need of boat insurance and getting the information needed to make a good decision. American Adventure was able to get coverage extremely fast when I was in a hurry to get the vehicle registered. Even calling before their business hours to make my short timeline work. Great profesioal service, good coverage reasonable price. I has an accident just 2 hours after I picked up my new RV and they handled my claim right away! No bad damage. Lesson learned when pulling a 32 foot RV.....have to be careful to make wide turns! Thank you American Adventure! 😊

I called several insurance agents in search of lower rates on my motorhome and SUV. Emma, with American Adventure Insurance answered the call. Her quote was almost $2000 per year lower than the next lowest agent quoting the same coverage. Early in the discussion, she asked if I was eligible for any discounts, and then went through the entire list. My daughter, a retired insurance agent was helping me by asking the questions I didn't know needed answers. Emma answered all of our questions and called back within minutes to answer additional questions. I'll be talking to Emma for renewals.

We called American Adventure Insurance after our boat dealer recommended them, saying they often offer better rates for members. Unfortunately, our experience with Leslie was nothing short of frustrating. From the very beginning of the call, she was rude, dismissive, and condescending — not the kind of tone you expect from someone in customer service, especially when you’re trying to give them your business. We were genuinely excited to get coverage for our new boat, but Leslie’s attitude made the entire process unpleasant. Rather than being helpful or informative, she seemed impatient and uninterested in assisting us. It’s a shame, because we were ready to move forward right away. Customer service goes a long way, and this interaction left a really bad impression. If this is how they treat potential new customers, I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to deal with them if you ever needed to file a claim. Definitely not the experience we expected or deserved.

Within a matter of minutes I received a quote in my email. They utilize well known insurance companies. The insurance they provided me was through Progressive Insurance. I highly recommend!

Danielle Cruz was amazing. This is the first time that we were looking for insurance on a motor home that we purchased. She answered all of our questions.
