I read about American Adventure Insurance from an RV blogger and decided to give them a call when my RV insurance was up for renewal. So glad that I did: Leslie was wonderful !!! Informative, knowledgeable, and she was very patient with me as I had lots of questions and had not "shopped" for insurance in a very long time. Leslie even answered questions that were still being formulated in my mind before I even asked them.....LOL. Would highly recommend.........
Easy to acquire, few short forms to fill out, payment plan doesn’t seem bad. Received a call from an agent handing my quote during off hours so that my application could be completed in a timely manner. Wished that insurance rules for people who aren’t married were not so high, but that’s how these companies make their money!! Overall good customer service, no issues so far.
American Adventure Insurance was very helpful in finding us the cheapest and best coverage for our motor home. The insurance agent we have use in the past change us to another insurance company because we purchased a more expensive motorhome. it was 4 times the cost. They said that was the best they could do. American found some to cover us with more coverage and at 47% less of the cost. They are also easy to work with.
My cousin purchased a new camper and the dealership recommended American adventure Insurance I decided to reach out to American adventure Insurance to get a quote for my camper. After speaking with the agent, I was petty happy with the yearly amount for the coverage they offered. I decided to go ahead and insure my camper. So far, very happy and would recommend! While you really can't accurately review an insurance company until you make a claim, Ray at AAI did a great job of expeditiously providing me with quotes as well as answering any questions I had.
5 Star service. Insurance was a breeze, the agent was super helpful and definitely got me the lowest rate without sacrificing coverage. I've already recommended American Adventure to 3 of my other friends to use. The email contained a phone number for my agent's direct line and when I called they answered or called me right back. Some of these deals move quick when you're buying a vehicle, it was nice knowing that if I called I didn't have to wait to hear back.
It has been a great experience getting started with American Adventure Insurance. I’ve found them to be accessible, efficient and very customer oriented. Several quotes were sent to me and their representative called to go over each with me until we decided on the policy that fit my needs. No other company came close to the price offered by AAI. Very happy!
I just bought a brand new boat and the dealership used this company for service. I decided to call the number and adjust my coverage. Dean answered on the other end. He was great! He didn’t oversell me on coverage that I did not need. He was very professional and helpful. I got a great price and couldn’t be more satisfied. I wish more people in the workforce were like Dean!!!!
