I saw a Mazda online and called to check the info, Anthony told me the exact miles it had and even made a video call with me to show the car was at the lot and ready to be viewed. Honest and reliable people. My mechanic friend came with me to see and they answered all our questions.

America Auto Wholesale, Inc. has engaged in misleading practices regarding advertised prices and vehicle mileage, which raises significant concerns for potential buyers. The company appears to use false advertising to attract attention and then attempts to direct customers towards subprime lenders, resulting in higher APR rates. Initially, the advertised mileage of a vehicle piqued my interest, leading me to communicate with a representative named Anthony. I placed a $500 deposit on a car after Anthony employed questionable tactics to pressure me into purchasing. Although he suggested a 25% deposit to hold the vehicle, I opted for a $500 deposit since I was not present to inspect the car in person. During a video call, I discovered that the car's camera was not functioning. Anthony assured me that it would be repaired promptly if I proceeded with the purchase. At no point was it communicated that the deposit was non-refundable; it was described merely as a means to hold the vehicle. Upon receiving the official CarFax report, I found discrepancies between the actual mileage and the advertised figure. After bringing this to their attention, the website was promptly updated, and I received an inadequate apology. Ultimately, I chose not to proceed with the purchase due to concerns about deceptive advertising and pricing. Anthony then attributed my decision to decline the purchase as the reason for withholding my deposit, despite never having informed me that it was non-refundable. Additionally, my name was misspelled on the receipt provided after I decided against buying the car. These experiences highlight the need for caution when dealing with this dealership.

SCAM scam scam! Contact the Better Business Bureau!!! I hope nobody else falls victim to these people. Carlos helped me buy my car and when I tell you it was the only car I’ve owned that has given me so many headaches. They lied to me about all the issues my car had by covering the cluster with tape so I wouldn’t see all the lights in the dashboard. They don’t don’t deserve any stars and they should be shut down.
