Gabriel and his crew made repais to a water damaged area in my living room ceiling, repainted that ceiling and the contiguous kitchen ceiling, and recarpeted 4 bedrooms. The work was done in a timely manner, and the workmen were friendly and well-skilled . I would have no hesitation in recommending Gabriel and his crew to anyone.

We recently had some built-ins done by another company, but we had to paint them ourselves or find a painter to finish the job. We got a reference for Alpha & Omega Home Improvement from a neighbor on Facebook, and we are so happy with how everything turned out! From the beginning, Gabriel was so helpful in finalizing some decisions & advising us on what may or may not work for our situation- for example, the cabinets were built with paint grade wood, so he advised that the stained countertop may not look exactly like my inspiration pictures. He was patient when I sent him back to Home Depot not just once, but twice because I didn’t love the way the stain samples were looking. I’m so thankful he took the time to ask if I liked the samples, and did something about it when I didn’t! His guys did an amazing job of making sure our other belongings in the room were protected; our floors and other furniture were taken care of wonderfully. Overall, I’m so happy with the quality of work I received on this project. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Gabriel again for any other projects in the future!

We had Alpha & Omega come out to do remodeling after a flood in our home, and they did an exceptional job from start to finish. The family team was professional, responsive, and very detail-oriented during a stressful time for our family. We love Gabriel! He removed tile and carpet from our first and second floors, then installed engineered hardwood throughout (minus tile in bathrooms and laundry). After that he removed our old nasty shower and created a beautiful spa-like double showerhead shower for us. Gabriel did an AMAZING job! We told him what we wanted and he delivered it impeccably. They came out within a couple of days, looked everything over, and gave us a simple plan without overcomplicating things. The crew handled the work on schedule and kept everything clean while they were here. It felt like a much smoother experience compared to another contractor we had talked to before.

Gabriel and his team are amazing! I contacted him a little over a year ago while battling with my warranty company and he assisted me throughout the process. Gabriel stepping in and began communicating with the warranty company to ensure all issues that could possibly get addressed were. I only wish we would have met him prior to the initial phase of the project getting started by another company. However, Alpha & Omega completed all of the consequential damages and did a wonderful job. The team completed our project this week (ahead of schedule). They replaced tile throughout our home, completed extensive brickwork on the exterior, repaired cracked columns/walls throughout the house and garage, repaired our fireplace, painted and much more. I really appreciate Gabriel hanging in there with us for the past year! He really went above and beyond to ensure we received the desired outcome. We recently had the pleasure of having our interior painted by Gabriel and his dedicated team. After considering several quotes, we decided to go with Gabriel as he demonstrated a stronger focus on attention to detail. They completed the job in a timely manner, never compromising on the quality of their work. We are very satisfied with the results and will not hesitate to use Gabriel and his team for any future painting needs. Gabriel and his team's quality of work is great...but didn't come back and finish the job they started. Had to have tile work done by another contractor prior to installing the baseboards. Scheduled them to come back and do baseboards which Gabriel said he would be in Thursday. Thursday came around, didn't answer our calls, texts and didn't call us to say that he wouldn't make it. Now doesn't answer our calls or our texts any longer giving us the impression that finishing the job wasn't important a month later. Review was easily going to be a 5 with the popcorn removed from the ceilings, wood paneling removed and smoothened out and painted ceilings and walls which looked great, but without the remainder of the work done it'll be a 3. Was going to refer them to other family members and have them do more housework, but might have to reconsider after this.
