I recently hired this company because we’re building a new home. Because of the sloping lot, we had to build up the lot quite a bit in the back (over 200 truckloads of dirt!). The inspector, Adis, that came out was amazing…..very personable, very professional. He was in his truck the approximately four days they took to put the pad down watching what those guys were doing like a hawk. They also did a pad soil sample, moisture, testing, and compression testing. I got a very detailed report after the pad was put down. We’re hiring them again to have them test the cement when they pour our foundation to make sure it’s of appropriate quality and durability. I would highly recommend this company!! The gentleman, Caleb, that I dealt with when I was deciding whether to hire this company and asking questions throughout the process, was also very personable and professional. He either answered his cell phone when I called him or returned my calls almost immediately if I had to leave a message. We were extremely pleased with this company‘s performance. It also brought a level of comfort to us, knowing we had a professional on site while the pad was being put down to ensure it was being done correctly.
