All Service Electric

Couldn't have been happier with the service!! I had a commercial electric service that needed to be re-established and All Service got to it the next day and handled some tricky permitting issues, while keeping the cost below estimate. They were recommended to me (an out-of-towner) by two other firms, and I will use them for all my electrical needs in northeast Florida.

We had All Service convert all the outside lights at our community center. Our previous lights were dim and dated. The new fixtures match the surrounding neighborhood, use LEDs and provide much more light for the safety and security of our facility and residents. ASE completed the task under budget and in the aloted time frame. Their crew was extremely professional and completed the job with zero disruption to our operations.

Called ASE to come out to perform a safety inspection on a Thursday, was put on schedule for Monday morning (02/12/18). They came out and assessed that we might need to do some more/different work before we continue with inspection..no problem. The guys took a few photos to show their supervisor so that he can better assess what needs to be done, charged me $94 for that 30 min visit where just some photos were taken. I didn't have a problem with it as I just need the service done as soon as it could be. I was told I would receive a call from someone in office with a better explanation on what needed to be done and another quote. On Wednesday the 14th I called them to see if there is an update, was told I would be called back. On Friday the 16th, I called again, same response that someone would call me back. The following week I called again midweek, and was told that someone would call me back. Today Thursday March 1st, I got the call back, asking if I still need the service. I understand people are busy and businesses have a lot of work these days, but when someone comes out, takes your money, does nothing, then doesn't follow up for over two weeks, that's not good business practice. If someone at least just responded back with a hey, this is what has to be done, our schedule is a little busy now, we can put you in the books 1-2 weeks out from now I would have been ok with that. I had to call 3 times, I was told I would get a call back each time, $94 dollars were charged for taking 5 photos at the property.

All Service Electric is an awesome company when it comes to working whith electical work on my apartments that were built in the 50’s they are professional and knowledgeable and if while doing the work they clean up any debris they created the during the job. The latest job to replace two outlets from the 50’s was completed by Billy and John A. they arrived on time and went right to work and did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. The pricing for the job was very reasonable. Whenever I need electrical work I call Timmy at All Service Electric and highly recommend this company for any electrical work!

Excellent job putting in a generator plug.The two young men very kind and polite. Highly recommend this company too on at least putting me on a schedule. Had four other companies didn't call back for a week. Definitely use ALL SERVICE ELECTRIC again!!!

I was immensely happy with the level of service and from the first call to the end result. They were here in 10 minutes and took care of my problem in 30 minutes, I highly recommend All Service Electrical to everyone. Great job guys!!

Called to get a quote to upgrade my panel and add plugs to add an outdoor kitchen (4 plugs, including one for a refrigerator, and two more lights), after already having one quote and another scheduled; guy chuckled asking why i think i need to upgrade my panel. That's why I'm calling a professional! I don't know if my panel has the power. I didn't handle it too well, I said nevermind and hung up on the guy. They may do great work at fair prices but, I don't enjoy working with people who belittle others, so I'll never know.

I hired All Service Electric after talking to several sprinkler repairman and electricians. No one else was as knowledgeable or fast as ASE. Jason and Devon are super professional and were able to quickly diagnose the issue being a faulty power supply/transformer that was incorrectly installed. They replaced with a proper outdoor transformer without me needing a new sprinkler system hub or socket. I called this morning (6/5/24)—they were out in Nocatee/Ponte Vedra area and done with our job in 3 hours. They were only at my house for about 15 minutes. They are very reasonably priced too and provided an estimate right away! I highly recommend ASE for any electrical needs!

I had such a great experience with this company, the two techs that came out Matt and Willie were very professional and knew how to solve the problem. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. They took pride in their work and you can tell they love what they do. I would highly recommend them.

We had these gentlemen for a few things regarding our kitchen project and they were absolutely phenomenal. Everyone from ASE was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and respected our home. We would absolutely recommend them.
