No responses, they sell you their product but never pick up the phone or email back. The only email I ever get back is an automated one saying my ticket has been open for weeks. Still haven’t had a phone call or email back for a ticket that’s been open for 6 months now. I would suggest a different company that can provide support when systems are down.
Being led by a CIO that knows nothing about current systems. Long time knowledgeable employees being let go and replaced with people from India that know nothing and you can't understand. IT personel at the properties know more so why utilize a company that cares more about the dollar than the quality of service.
