Where do I begin…. The very first “trial” order that I did with them was incorrect! And when I shared it with the husband he just shrugged his shoulders as to say “Oh well.” EVERY time I had an order placed, I had to personally reach out for updates. No one reached out to me. And they are always late or always have some excuse as to why the order is not ready on time. The last straw was me giving them a FULL MONTH to get TWO shirts completed and they were still late! So when I asked for a refund, the wife just sent the refund and didn’t even apologize, accept responsibility or anything for it. I tried them out just to see how they handle their customers before I placed bigger orders. And they let me down. Do not use them!

Stumbled upon adspressions while looking in the Wolfchase mall for a last minute gift for a buddies birthday. We were on a time crunch to get a custom gift and adspressions delivered and exceeded expectations. The owners Dedrick and his wife were beyond helpful and were able to deliver a custom gift within our time constraint. The customer service at adspressions was top notch and their pricing was great! If you’re needing custom printing and embroidery this is your place!

These owners are absolutely awesome! The customer service is second to none. An overall great experience. Looking forward to doing more business with them.

I was greeted upon entering the store and my rush orders were complete, accurate, and professionally done. I appreciate the updates and the communication throughout the process. I was assured that they understood the assignment and would fullfill it without delay. I heard about this place, but now I know for myself. I am well pleased with the results.

I was pleased with the work and I’ve used them twice so far. They even squeezed me in for a last minute order. I recommend them. I gifted 2 people and they were HAPPY.

I paid for my items on October 3, 2024, $1178.00. I sent messages of exactly what I wanted done, with pictures and Detrich Parrish sent back confirmation that he understood. Weeks went by and I checked on the progress of my items, he wouldn't respond or when he did, he told me that he had all these other orders. I could careless about any other orders because I had an order too. I received a return call after a week had passed stating he had been in the hospital, inwhich I had empathy. I told him that I had an event and I needed to not only see the mock-up but I needed my items by a certain date, he said okay. I never got a mock-up despite my continuing to ask and they brought my items to me late on a Friday night before my event the next day. All of the items were WRONG and I didn't get to use any of them. He put two different phone numbers on the material, it didn't match, nor did he follow any of what I asked. I told him that I wanted a full refund and he asked that instead of a refund, give him a chance to make it right. Well as you may know, I still til this day Sunday, November 17, 2024, I haven't heard from him nor my items. This is a piss poor showing for you to have gotten paid for a job but to think you can keep my money. I told him that I would mail back all of the items and he said no. It's really sad that this is the kind of unethical business that they are running!

I contacted them the week of my event to create a 4×8 backdrop for a client. They responded to every message withing 10 minutes if not sooner. They produced my backdrop within 24 hours. They send me a picture of my backdrop in production as well. They have a forever customer in me. I will use them for all my personal and business needs going forward. If you're looking for someone for your event or business they are the best. You will not be disappointed.

This is one of the most organized and professional Adverstising agencies I have ever visited. The owner and associate treated me with much respect. The turnaround time was to my expectations and the Quality of work was Outstanding. I would definitely recommend this company to any person or Business looking to supply your every need.
