I gave them five star. I come here around 11 PM and my appointment was 10AM in the morning. 6:00 Am they put me on dock door and they finish unloading in 30 minutes. Thank you.
This place is a mockery of reason! I haven't seen such blatant disdain for work in a long time! workers demonstrate how disgusted they are with the idea of work Arrived at 7:20 am for an appointment. got a dock after 30 minutes of waiting in a cage in front of the office. now 1:02 pm and I'm still at the door with a red light. Disgraceful and I will never take a load from here again. P.S. Thank you for your answer. It is nice that the owner of the company monitors the reviews- it means that he really wants to improve his business. Regarding the previous appointment: I received this cargo late at night 16 And how does this justify loading for 8 !!!! hours? I hope that in my case it was an exception to the rule and your company is able to work efficiently and fully satisfy its customers. Thank you again for your attention and answer.

Let's Mr San is decent enough to allow you to not sit on some hard steel bench, but people don't waste you're time I was walked out before I could do orientation Mr San should consider getting rid of his trash of a staff he has before his company is serious trouble with man power place overall is just bad for business one star is far to much for a rating.
Fairly quick loading. But very unorganized on getting paperwork done.
If you are going to make drivers stand around and wait for over an hour just to be acknowledged at least but some chairs out, at least you have a bathroom for the drivers can't say that about most places
Monday January 23.2023 pick up appt 6pm got here 6 its been 4+ hr still not loading yet just know before y coming here they took atleast 5 6 hr to load rude employees
