DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES!!!I bought the course for RBS training, had some issues with updates and then once finished, it never updated on the RBS website! I had used them before, never again. The person on their email did reply once but after I sent an email regarding the completion of the course, I never received a response. I even left a voicemail and called several times during operating hours. No response. No accountability. TOTAL SCAM! My RBS expired as I waited to get a response!
Recovered my certificate but it had no certificate number nor a signature I been calling and emailing and no reply they are a scam don’t use them they are scamming folks and they don’t have a headquarters in Austin just had my sis go check out the address and it’s nothing there
Tons of glitches, not phone friendly, and terrible website navigation.
if i could give zero i would, do not get your responsible vendor training from them because they will give you a temporary certificate but never process your information and they never get in contact with you or give you the RVT certificate!!
Yes I bought my bestest license from Ace food handlers and I know they were to take the test and they took my money and they haven't refunded my money back at all everytime I call the number they always get an answer machine
Ace Food Handler is a scam website don’t pay your money for a Louisiana Responsible Vendor Card cause you will pay the fee and never be able to login or contact anyone with Ace Food Handler company to help your money will be gone gone for nothing there’s other companies that are legitimate not Ace Food Handlers
