What a fun and informative class! On a recent night, my wife and I met with Sharon Schweitzer to review our knowledge about table manners gained from personal experience and to learn new tips, since dining etiquette evolves with the times. The crisply organized nature of the event was first rate and her instruction exceeded our expectations. Sharon is very engaging, has a wonderful sense of humor, and provides direct answers in a straightforward way to ad lib questions. Her message resonated with me – it’s hard not to learn from someone with her level of expertise. Now I know on which side of my chair to sit and exit from, how to handle my napkin, and which direction to pass the vegetables. And those salt and peppers are married! I highly recommend this dining etiquette class even if you have dined everywhere from your local “mom and pops” to Michelin-starred restaurants.
