ABM Parking Services - Midwest Corporate Office

Awful. They’re aware of multiple break ins and they continue to fail to address the issue. Closing the door, restricting access from the pedway, all reasonable solutions. Do they do it? no. We pay $280+ for monthly parking at our apartment. ABM is aware break ins are increasing in our garage and they have failed to take any measure to increase security. Will ABM take any responsibility, not likely.

Went to see Avatar in 3d at the Regal Movie. The screen was broken, so we couldn't see the movie. They told us it had been broken for a week, but are still selling tickets anyway. They wasted our evening. One week after this I received an $80 parking ticket from ABM. The parking garage gates were broken and I did not see any signs on what to do. There were no signs posted where I parked or on the gates that said to pay anywhere. I parked in the first parking spot. We were in and out in 30 minutes, with a wasted evening and a sham $80 ticket from ABM.

A week after I saw a movie at Regal Cinema I received an $80 parking ticket from ABM. I have been going to this cinema for years and never charged. How would anyone know this changed when there are no signs or indication that payment was required? There are no signs posted where I parked or on the gates that said to pay anywhere. I parked in the first parking spot. The parking garage gates were left open upon entry and leaving. No indication payment was required AND no ticket to even take to show that payment was going to be needed. I called the company and said there were signs everywhere - I asked where and they couldn't tell me just that they were there. I asked how are people supposed to even pay where there isn't anywhere to pay and they also said they they go based on the 'honor system' that you'll pay. $80 is a ridiculous amount to fine someone when the company doesn't inform you or provide an option to pay.

Parked on 321 S Wacker Dr and paid thru Parkwhiz. I got a courtsey letter and disputed the notice and attached Parkwhiz receipt and no action from ABM. Now I am getting a collection Notice for $160 even though I have my receipt and have emailed and disputed the action on their payment collection site. Will report to consumer protection agency as it seems that this company relies on hasseling people for their incompletence. They are even threatening to impound the car if parked in a location that is managed by them! Absolutely crazy!!

Make unauthorized transactions charge you dont sent receipt this company should get investigated by the BBB

If there was an option to give a 0 I would this is a total scam. We received a 80 ticket for supposedly parking no a "uncompliant area". Parked there many times now its uncompliant without any signs to indicate. I see why there are so many BBB complaints

This parking management company is horrible! If you see this parking in Chicago: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They will not honor validation. Their staff is horribly rude, and nasty. They have no customer service. Truly the most lousy parking management in the city. And that’s really saying something.

The 30 S Wacker facility has an incorrigible second floor parking attendant who spends more time trying not to do his job. Each week it is a new trick to not have to park cars on his floor. Once he told customers that he had a back issue and couldn't park a manual car....and to take it to another floor. One week he leaves the closest cars to ramp in a queue so people can't park on his floor. These drivers then have to go another floor to park when his is empty at 0845. The next week he sits in the car closest to ramp and watches people move to the third and fourth floors. My favorite is when he places the "FULL" sign on an empty second floor and the third and fourth floors are packed to gills and the poor attendants are at wits end. This week is my favorite. HIs Mngr must be on vacation cause he is up to the all of the above tricks cause she isn't here to watch how lazy he actually is. Sad that you let this individual make life harder for his fellow employees and really display such poor customer service. You are a parking garage facility, correct....and you employ someone who doesn't seem to want to park cars.

Horrible customer service, if I could give a 0 I would. All the “employees” are useless and you can’t get ahold of any department or any real human via the phone numbers provided save your money and go elsewhere

Horrible place to use! Never again! Not only is it so tiny but if you follow their online pay they scam you! Made us pay two times even having the receipts times and everything. I hated it Garbage all the way around! This is online then the security refused to take receipt said nope have to pay again!
