Had an order shipped here for pick-up and not only was the staff super helpful, but had great suggetions and helped me to style somethings I wanted in a way that worked for me including knowing sizing and even recommending things that I may already own so they're not pushy for you to buy anything! Always a good experiencing and it's tucked away so though they're pretty well stocked, they're never crazy busy that it's unpleasant to shop there.
Went in today. The staff is so wonderful and helpful . I forgot the name of the girl that helped me this morning but she was absolutely sweet. A lot of good variety of clothes.
Went in yesterday and had a bad customer service experience. I was the only customer, yet I had to repeatedly chase the sales associate for different jean sizes. Checkout was also a mess (payment/printer issues), and the manager/senior employee who stepped in was barely helpful. After spending ~$300, she didn’t even make eye contact or say goodbye. Very disappointing—this store needs better management and improved professionalism.
I walked in and was greeted by employees and given great service, they were very helpful and informative and helped me thru out my whole shopping experience , Will be coming back very soon! A+!!!!!
I love shopping at Abercrombie & Fitch—it’s one of my favorite stores. The associates are always very kind and helpful, which makes the experience even better. Everything in the store is well organized, so it’s easy to find what I’m looking for.
I was really excited about this new store and a bit worried as well since the last time I walked into one was year ago, nothing fit me and people weren’t too nice. I was welcomed by very nice staff and enjoyed my time shopping there! I will be going there a lot more and buying everything!!
Beware! They said "fitting rooms were closed" forty minutes prior to closing time on 3/7/26. Make sure you go at a time that is convenient for the staff.
Didn’t find what I was looking for but the young lady who helped me was very attentive and sweet
store was a mess for Black Friday shopping. Did not have what was advertised and I was told my size is not sold in store nor the style I liked. I was excited this store opened but very disappointed in my visit. Only giving a few stars because I like the brand itself.
I was helped by Gabby at the counter who was very nice and helped me with my purchase to help me with a sale I had seen. Very kind and helpful
