I've been there once and never got any help from anyone, bad customer service. And looking at all these bad reviews. Red flags to stay away!!!
Pulled in lot at 6:15pm. Hours of service say its open til 7pm. Saw a red truck fly out of lot to avoid service. Keep driving past this place. Cars didn't look buyable anyway.

Don’t buy from here, it’s a huge risk. They sell lemon cars here. Less than a week after purchasing the car, the transmission failed which they really had no choice but to fix for free due to the lemon laws & it breaking down in less than 30 days. However I did have to pay $500 to get it towed to them, and since then I have paid $300 more for a coolant leak and now my alternator has failed which could potentially be a $1000 repair- all in less than 6 months of owning the car.
I haven't bought a car yet, but I will. The owner Mike is always so friendly. The prices are good for used cars.
We had a great experience at A1, He listened to my grandmother's price point and did not try to up-sell her of take advantage of her. He gave her a nice reliable car and I will be referring people to him. :)
DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE. They will take your money and not call you back to follow up with you about your car. I am spending more money to get my car fixed than I put down in the first place (and I mean almost 3k to get it fixed). And I still have no license plates for the vehicle, so I can’t even drive it on the road legally. I bought my car in March and it’s July and it still needs work done. People work hard for the money they spend to buy a decent car in the first place. This is the first car I ever bought and it’s my worst nightmare. I will learn to read reviews first rather than thinking I’m getting a good deal from trustworthy people.
I bought a Buick regal last February 5000 cash. I drove it for a week it wouldn’t move. Had it towed and the dude Mike said something about a belt and i had to come out pocket to get parts for his mechanic to fix. Fast forward to not even a full year today car having transmission problems that he tried to justify outside physical damage could be the reason took to another mechanic transmission not even near damages basically made some shit up. He told me he would call around and get back to me haven’t heard anything since. I even referred a friend who spent 10,000 last year on a white hyundai and had issues as well. I would not recommend I am looking into the Lemon laws because I have bought several used cars and way more professional experiences than this.
