Staff have been very friendly in my experience so far, no issues at all.
Their service is horrible service, they keep selling broken products to customers and they don’t even exchange. I don’t see how they’re still open
ITS NOT OPEN 24 HRS...
I'm not from this area but it's an issue when you have online that you're open 24 hours and you're really not and have signs on the window stating that it's closed because it's cleaning time I'm from New York City this is not how we treat people at the door!! Then state that will be open at 5:00 in the morning if that's the case just let me get what it is that I came for it's 5:00 in the morning...
No one answers the phones and they give you fake chargers. Needed a quick one without ordering one at Apple for when I go to work and the employee there didn’t even give me a receipt after coughing everywhere. Called to try and situate and no one answers..ok. Dying phone and no money, cool. (Not cool.)
I wish I could enter no stars. Buns for hotdogs are always stale and old. Never any condiments for food (ketchup, mustard, etc). Never have any sugar for coffee or tea. All the inexpensive items are hidden which forces customers to spend more than planned. Customer service is horrible except the nice lady with blonde hair is always pleasant.
The male staff at this 7-11 are unbelievably rude and unfriendly. They never greet you or say thank you - they fail to have basic manners. When you walk up to the counter to do a transaction, they look at you with an unfriendly face and treat you like you are doing something wrong for trying to give them your money. When the transaction is complete, they simply walk away. Uh, isn't this a 7-11? Isn't it your job to scan the items? Isn't it your job to help your customers? Maybe stop being such a rude, unfriendly and nasty jerk. Your location has 2/5 stars. People always like 7-11 itself, so the score is clearly about your nasty attitude and lousy customer service. 2/5 is generous - you deserve 1/5.
This is truly the worst 711 in the city . Every single employee in here could not care less about your existence. The hours are not correct either. They close whenever they feel like it. They do not bother to restock items when they run out they just stop carrying them. 😭 please just close the store.
This location is disgusting, run down, poorly stocked, and staffed by rude people. If there's a sticker for a sale price on the shelf they won't honor it when you get to the register and if you point it out they won't change the price. Usually there are homeless people panhandling in front of the store as well. Avoid this dump.
I cant remember the last time I've even managed to get in the store after 1am to make a purchase. The door is always locked and the clerk MIA. Me and three other customers walked away empty handed last night. What good is a 24-7 shop that won't serve customers at odd hours.
